Legal Database – Improving your user experience

We’re designing ways to improve your experience when you use our Legal Database.

You have given us a lot of feedback about the database, and we’re working on ways to make it more intuitive, more streamlined and more effective. This test is just the first stage in a range of improvements we are looking at.

The test involves some simple changes to the way you find information – focussing on usability and how information is presented. These are small things we can improve now, while we continue to work on a more comprehensive upgrade.

We’re also working on some wider improvements specifically aimed at tax professionals, based on feedback we’ve received about some of the big issues you’re experiencing. To learn more about this ongoing work, read our Improving the experience for our partners article, and leave us a comment.
